You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. You are responsible only for the cost of returning the item from your home to the online store. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. You may use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal, if you wish. You can send it to us by post or email. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products from BARFmenu BV. As these products are perishable, they cannot be returned. It is important to place frozen products in the freezer as soon as possible after receipt. You can specify your preferred delivery time. Please ensure that someone is present to receive the order.
