Shipping & delivery

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Shipping options, delivery days and rates depend on the country and the type of products in your order. Below you will find the current options and conditions.

Frozen products & combined orders

Orders containing frozen products, possibly combined with dry products, are delivered by Leen Menken. During checkout, you can select an available delivery day.

• You can order up to one week in advance.
• Orders placed on working days before 15:00 can be delivered from the following day.
• Delivery is available from Tuesday to Saturday.
• Daytime delivery: between 09:00 and 17:00.
• Evening delivery: between 17:00 and 22:00. Evening delivery is not available on Saturdays.
• Minimum order value: €60.
• Daytime delivery for orders up to €150: €9.95.
• Evening delivery for orders up to €150: €12.95.
• From €150: free shipping.
• Delivery to neighbours is not permitted unless otherwise indicated.
• After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, €19.95 in shipping costs will be charged.

Frozen products & combined orders

Orders containing frozen products, possibly combined with dry products, are delivered by Leen Menken. During checkout, you can select an available delivery day. The available delivery days depend on your region.

• Flanders: delivery on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
• Wallonia: delivery on Tuesday and Friday.
• Minimum order value: €60.
• Up to €100: €22.95 shipping costs.
• From €100 to €200: €14.95 shipping costs.
• From €200: free shipping.
• Delivery to neighbours is not permitted unless otherwise indicated.
• After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, €24.95 in shipping costs will be charged.

Frozen products & combined orders

Frozen products and combined orders cannot currently be shipped to these countries as regular parcel shipments. Pallet delivery is possible. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss the available options.

Our shipments are kept at the correct temperature during transport. Chilled products are transported at approximately 5°C and frozen products at approximately -18°C.

Place frozen products in the freezer immediately after delivery to maintain their quality. Products from a chilled box can, if necessary, be unpacked a little later, but here too: the sooner, the better.
